Ideas for Preschoolers:

Preschool Snack Ideas

My girls were going through a growth spurt, constantly coming to me during the day saying they were hungry.  I finally had an idea of how to solve the problem so they could get their own snacks and I wouldn't have to come up with something off the top of my head.  I put a bowl in the pantry and filled it with snacks that I put in small snack baggies.  I also filled one of the drawers in the fridge with snacks that had to stay refrigerated.  The girls were allowed to take one snack from the pantry and one from the fridge each day.

Non-refrigerated Snack Ideas:

* Ritz crackers
* Fish Crackers
* Apples
* Fruit Snacks
* Peanuts
* Pretzels
* Peanut Butter and Jelly Slices
* Granola Bars
* Raisins
* Graham Crackers
* Muffins
* Bananas

Refrigerated Snack Ideas:

* Canned Pears

* Baby Carrots
* Burrito/Quesadillas Slices
* Yogurt
* Cheese Squares/Slices
